    If you request a cancellation before we start processing your application, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative deductions. To be eligible:

    You must notify us in writing at info@schengenexpert.co.uk  within 2 hours of making payment.

    Refunds are processed only if no documents or services have been delivered or initiated.

  2.  Non-Refundable Services
    Once a visa application process has been initiated and documents have been prepared, all service fees become non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. This includes but is not limited to:

    Visa consultation and documentation services

    Flight and hotel reservation services

    Cover letters, travel itineraries, and other support documents

    Application form filling and submission guidance.

  3.  Processing Time & Delays
    While we aim to deliver documents promptly, no refund will be issued due to delays caused by the embassy, courier services, or incomplete documentation from the client’s side.
  4. Duplicate Payments
    In case of a duplicate transaction, please contact us with proof of payment. After verification, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued.
  5. Chargebacks & Disputes
    If you have concerns regarding our service, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
